Who we are?
Welcome to the world of sustainable tourism presented by “Vikramgad Bamboo Udyog Producer Company Limited”. VBUPCL is a Producer Company supported by NABARD for bamboo craft artisans of Vikramgad block in Palghar district. It is an extension of social initiative “Project Green Gold” led by Keshav Srushti since 2019 for skilling & entrepreneurship development of tribal women. Employment, Empowerment & Environment has been the core of the project. Hundreds of tribal lives have been transformed since then & Bamboo Ecotourism has been the essential part of the successful journey.
What we do?
We aim to create sustainable entrepreneurship opportunities for tribal communities through bamboo, with a special focus on empowering women, all while prioritising the protection of the environment. We have built a bridge to connect urban people with rural way of sustainable living that strives to preserve nature, culture, art, values, and tradition of India.
